Sport helped shape Pomphrey Hill.
Today, we're building on that heritage to become something even more valuable: a place where people, organisations and communities come together to improve life locally.
Whether people visit to play sport, meet friends, volunteer, attend an event, explore our woodland or simply enjoy the outdoors, our aim is the same:
To create space where community can grow.
OUR HERTIAGE
For generations, Pomphrey Hill has been a place where local people have come together through sport.

Football, cricket, running and countless other activities have helped build friendships, strengthen communities and create lifelong memories.

That sporting heritage remains an important part of who we are today.
​
But community doesn't begin and end on the pitch.

As the needs of our community evolve, so does Pomphrey Hill.
