You don't need to be strong or flexible to start doing Yoga, this comes with time & practice, You just need yourself and your breath.

My yoga classes where we take the time to slow down, connecting with your inner world. My classes vary often offering the different teaching background I have from different Yoga lineage alongside with my Ayurvedic and Anatomy & Myofascial knowledge.

Empowering women and girls through football.

We are a female-led sports coaching company dedicated to nurturing, developing, and providing opportunities for girls to enjoy and enhance their game. Our girls-only sessions include 1:2:1 training, a Girls Development Centre, Small Group Technical Sessions, Girls' Football Camps, and much more. PBE YOGA & NUTRITION

Kerry Duggan's PBE Yoga and Nutrition is targeted flexibility training for the back, hamstrings and hips. By holding poses for 2-5 mins we can lengthen, strengthen and change the muscles in those areas. As this is strictly for athletic performance and everyday health so no chanting or meditation in this class. All levels are welcome as this can benefit anyone from a zero fitness level to elite athletes.

VICKY’S PILATES & BODYSCULPT

Whilst Pilates is primarily about building core strength, This is Pilates with a difference. With over 20 years experience, Vicky has developed her own unique blend of exercises to strengthen core, improve posture, provide a total body workout and leave you filled with positive energy. Vicky thrives on positivity and ensures that within every class, guidance is provided to ensure everybody gets the most out of it regardless of their level of fitness or if they have done Pilates before.

Nicola Hickman is a local experienced personal trainer who runs Get Goin Fitness Circuits and Bootcamp style class at Pomphrey Hill. Everyone is welcome and exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels and injuries. The session vary from body weight sessions to using equipment such as kettlebells or boxing. The sessions are held in a fun and friendly environment.
